Event-specific training. Expectation to compete at the Atlantic and National level, and be competitive for provincial teams. Targeted towards Canada Games and Legion Youth National athletes.
Available for athletes 14+ who have at least 12-months training experience at the Track & Field / Cross-Country (Club-Level).
9-training sessions each week:
Monday 17:30-21:00
Tuesday 18:00-19:30
Wednesday 18:00-20:15
Friday 16:00-19:30
Saturday 08:30-10:00
All track and classroom sessions are at the Works Field House. All field sessions are at the Powerplex. All lifting sessions are at the NL Sport Centre.
Coaches are experienced, trained, and certified through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) at the Performance Coach Level.
