
Introduction to the fundamentals of running, jumping, throwing, and wheeling (for para athletes) applicable to all sports, including track & field. The goal is to build the foundations of athleticism and Sport for Life. Includes para athletes.
Available for u11 athletes, ages 6 to 10 (born 2020 to 2016, age calculated December 31, 2026). Offered as an 8-week program.
The goal is to have practice days and times consistent throughout the year, with only the practice locations changing each season to accommodate the weather and the group's training needs.

Come trial any two Pearlgate sessions for FREE! Register for the sessions you want to trial with the button below. Coaches will automatically be notified when you register. Once the form is submitted, you are all set to come out!
All that's needed are a pair of running shoes, a water bottle, and weather appropriate clothing. Sessions are rain-or-shine.

Lead coaches are experienced, trained, and certified through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) at the Club Coach Level.
All coaches and chaperones have up-to-date NCCP Safe Sport Training (Direct-Athlete Contact), Understanding the Rule of 2 training, and a criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
