Event-specific training across all endurance running events, including cross country and steeplechase. Includes para athletes.
Available for athletes 14+ (born 2012 or older, age calculated December 31, 2026).
The goal is to have practice days and times consistent throughout the year, with only the practice locations changing each season to accommodate the weather and the group's training needs.

All that's needed are a pair of running shoes, a water bottle, and weather appropriate clothing. Sessions are rain-or-shine.

Lead coaches are experienced, trained, and certified through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) at the Club Coach Level.
All coaches and chaperones have up-to-date NCCP Safe Sport Training (Direct-Athlete Contact), Understanding the Rule of 2 training, and a criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
