Program Details

Event-specific training. Expectation to compete at the Atlantic and National level, and be competitive for provincial teams. Targeted towards Canada Games and Legion Youth National athletes. Includes para athletes.


Includes the following event specific groups:

  • Jumps
  • Sprints
  • Hurdles
  • Throws
  • Multi Event
  • Combined Event


Available for 14+ athletes (born in 2012 or older, age calculated December 31, 2026).


The goal is to have practice days and times consistent throughout the year, with only the practice locations changing each season to accommodate the weather and the group's training needs.

 Come trial any two Pearlgate sessions for FREE! Register for the sessions you want to trial with the button below. Coaches will automatically be notified when you register. Once the form is submitted, you are all set to come out! 


All that's needed are a pair of running shoes, a water bottle, and weather appropriate clothing. Sessions are rain-or-shine.

Certified Coaches

 Lead coaches are experienced, trained, and certified through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) at the Club Coach Level.


All coaches and chaperones have up-to-date NCCP Safe Sport Training (Direct-Athlete Contact), Understanding the Rule of 2 training, and a criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
